Depending on your goals we can use different measures:

Your VO2 estimate measures your oxygen intake and the ability of your body to utilise it efficiently.  It can be an estimate of your biological age v your real age. A good overall measure of cardiovascular fitness.

Your 1 rep max is the maximum amount of weight to can move for any given exercise.

Your body composition will estimate how much fat you are carrying.

Your weight obviously.

Your resting and maximum heart rates.

All of these and many more will allow us to measure your progress but ultimately we will have the before and after photos to show you visually how you have changed.
